Privacy Policy

In short: we only collect what you send us in the application form, plus where you came from (for example, which ad). We use it to reply to you and to see which marketing works. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to see, fix or delete it at any time.
1. Who we are
9th Floor is a performance marketing agency for software companies, working in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This policy covers the website 9thfloorco.com (English and Arabic). When it says "we" or "us", it means 9th Floor.

2. What we collect
What you type in the application form:
- Full name, work email and company
- Company website (optional)
- Whether you decide on marketing, your monthly marketing budget range and where your customers are
- Your biggest growth problem, in your own words (optional)
Where you came from, collected automatically when you visit:
- Campaign tags in the link you clicked (such as utm_source, utm_campaign, ad_id), and click IDs added by ad platforms (gclid from Google, fbclid from Meta)
- The first page you landed on, the website that sent you (referrer) and the date of that first visit
- Which language version of the site you used
If you tap the WhatsApp button, WhatsApp opens with a ready message. If you came from an ad, the message includes a short reference to that campaign. You can edit or delete it before sending. Anything you send on WhatsApp is handled by WhatsApp under its own policy, and we receive it like any WhatsApp message.
We don't ask for sensitive data (health, religion, ID numbers, payment details). Please don't include it in the form.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your application: read it, check whether we're a fit, and reply by email (with a call slot or with what to fix first).
- To measure our own marketing: see which channels and campaigns bring real applications, so we spend our ad budget on what works.
- To keep the site safe: block spam and abuse.
We use your information because you chose to send it to us, and because it's in our legitimate interest to reply to business enquiries and measure our marketing. We won't add you to a newsletter or send you marketing emails without asking first.
4. Cookies
We use one first-party cookie and no advertising or analytics cookies.

You can delete it any time in your browser settings. The site still works without it. If we add analytics or advertising tools (such as the Meta Pixel or Google Analytics) in the future, we'll update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
5. Who else handles your data
We use a few trusted services to run the site. They process data only to provide their service to us:

We may later move applications into our own customer system (CRM). We'll update this list when we do. We never sell your data or share it with other companies for their own marketing. We'll only share it with authorities if the law requires us to.
6. Where your data goes
Some of these services store or process data outside Egypt, Saudi Arabia or the UAE (for example in Europe or the United States). We only use well-known providers that protect data with security measures appropriate to the service.
7. How long we keep it
- Applications: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. Sooner if you ask.
- The first-visit cookie: 90 days in your browser.
8. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what data we have about you and send you a copy
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your data
- Stop using it to measure our marketing
Email [email protected] from the address you applied with. We'll reply within 30 days. These rights apply under the data protection laws of the countries we work in, including Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020), Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law and the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.
9. Security
The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to applications is limited to the people at 9th Floor who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if something goes wrong that affects your data, we'll tell you.
10. Business use only
This site is for companies looking for marketing services. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For important changes, we'll make them clear on the site.
